If you would like to know more, please read on.
We keep up-to-date general information about all visitors to a Digital Channel, including you, such as information about the most popular pages of the website or our services. The aim is to use this information to optimise the websites and thus our services. For example, we look at visitor numbers, most visited pages, etc. However, for the purposes of this information, the actual identity of our visitors is not important, since we just want to know whether a Digital Channel is being regularly visited.
Processing of data
Profource processes data it receives via a Digital Channel for the purpose for which it is supplied. The only exception is below under the heading ‘Applying for jobs’. Profource will therefore not sell or forward your personal data to third parties and will not contact you to try to sell certain goods or services.
Every year, Profource takes on many new employees. Maybe you are one of them! You can apply via a Digital Channel. New colleagues are important to Profource.
If you fill in an application form, submit a CV, or contact Profource via a Digital Channel, or if you subscribe to an event or newsletter, you thereby give Profource your express, unambiguous consent to process your personal data and, if necessary, to contact you in the event of any job vacancy that might arise.
You must decide for yourself what information you provide us with, but we need certain information to be able to respond to you. We process your personal data for the purpose of considering possible employment or collaborative relationship. This enables us to respond to your communication as soon as possible whether it be a job application, question or comment.
Profource will adequately protect your personal data against unlawful use. We do this by means of behavioural, security and technological measures. In this way, only authorised persons have access to the data.
Modify and delete data
Do you want to delete your personal data at Profource? You can request this at any time. You should send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Profource will treat your request carefully and will investigate whether and to what extent we can comply with your request as soon as possible. Please note that we may not be able to delete certain data because another party has a greater interest in retaining it. For example, if you’ve worked for us, we can’t just delete all your data, since we are required by law to store it for a number of years.
Your communications and use of a Digital Channel
You are responsible for the information you send to Profource. Make sure you do it safely and confidentially.
If you use a Digital Channel, for example when surfing the website, make sure that you do not endanger the functioning of the website. Please limit the data you send. Although we will probably think you’re a great person, we don’t need you to send a poster-format picture of yourself. If you do want to send a photo, then a smaller format will be just fine.
Digital channels and third parties
We store data that you send to Profource here in the Netherlands or in another country in the European Union. If you use such a platform from a third party (such as WhatsApp), then that data can also be stored on a server in the United States or another country outside the European Union.
Please note that we will do our best to provide you with the correct information via a Digital Channel. For example, our colleagues will be quick and eager to inform you via, for example, WhatsApp or Facebook. Our website has also been compiled with care. However, it is possible that a mistake has been, or may be, made.
Doubtless you are smart enough to immediately recognise the smallest of mistakes, since you are the sort of person to read this text. Nevertheless, we cannot in any way guarantee the correctness or completeness of information distributed or supplied via, or placed on, a Digital Channel. None of the information provided via a Digital Channel is intended to be advice, unless expressly stated otherwise. Profource does not accept any responsibility for loss caused in any way from the use, incompleteness or inaccuracy of the information supplied on or via a Digital Channel.
The information and recommendations on this website are subject to change without notice. We really want to make our Digital Channels available as much as possible. Should we fail to do so and the Digital Channels become temporarily unavailable, we cannot accept liability for any consequences.
A Digital Channel may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible or liable for the privacy precautions or the content of these websites.
