F4F and OC-C were founded in 2002 with the goal of providing specialist support to companies and institutions with services for Oracle Applications and Technology as well as optimizing business processes, accounting, architecture and infrastructure. We accomplish this by way of projects and management on the basis of target commitment, but also through posting our employees at your location or complete outsourcing of processes and/or systems. Both companies are part of Profource. Profource stands for Professional and the Strength of 4.
In the meantime we employ almost 200 people and with revenue of approximately € 15 million, are working for various Oracle customers in the Netherlands and abroad. Our ambition is high. This has translated into a continuous growth of more than 20% each year.

Services

Our services vary from offering support for financial processes and controlling expertise, implementation advice services, operational management support and providing trainings during the operational phase to full outsourcing of processes and systems from our own data centre with ‘Applications in the Cloud’.
Because we believe in Oracle Applications we use it ourselves for our own business. We are ‘early adaptors’ and use the latest version of the ERP solutions, we work with the latest Oracle CRM On Demand version for our marketing and sales activities and process our invoices and dossiers electronically through Oracle Scanning and Content Management solutions.

Solutions

Additionally we developed a diverse range of solutions, for both ourselves and our customers, to broaden the functionality and the ease of use of Oracle Applications and reports. Of course we have applied our Femkroner banking gateway for use within our own Oracle Applications environment, use Excel4Apps GL-Wand for extensive financial reporting and More4Apps to simplify our project administration through Excel.
Our goals are customer focused working by engaging in a strategic partnership and optimizing our customers business processes at the lowest possible cost. Permanent outsourcing provides customers with qualified employees and maximum flexibility at an agreed upon price and service level.
Our service level is exceptionally high. If the situation demands it , we are even borderline fanatical. You are welcome to check this with any of our customers. We always strive to improve on the current situation, because that is the only way to prevent problems instead of challenges to solve.

The involvement of our employees is one of our highest priorities. Customer focus, responsibility, reliability and involvement are key values to all our employees. Together we make it possible for F4F and OC-C to continue excelling. This is something which we are very proud of. We invest in our employees. The Best Employers Survey 2011 (Beste Werkgeversonderzoek 2011) by Intermediair shows that our employees are both satisfied and smart. 99% of them have a college or university degree (HBO/WO). Following the survey we received the Certificate for Personal Development (Keurmerk Persoonlijke Ontwikkeling) for 2011 and 2012.
